By using the services of Images By Valentino, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Booking & Payments
A signed agreement and non-refundable retainer are required to secure all bookings. Remaining balances are due by the date listed in the service agreement. Failure to pay can result in cancellation and delay of fulfillment, all at the sole discretion of our team and creatives.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellation policies, rescheduling fees, and refund eligibility will be outlined in the client agreement. Deposits and retainers are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Turnaround Time
Delivery timelines for edited galleries, videos, prints, or products will be communicated before or during the booking process. Unexpected delays may occur and will be communicated immediately and clearly. Clients have the option to pay rush fees for faster delivery of product based on our availability and discretion.
Creative Style
Clients acknowledge that they are hiring Images By Valentino for its artistic style and creative discretion per session and service/product type. Final editing decisions remain at the photographer’s discretion unless stated, planned and detailed between the client and myself/team. Clients may not switch, change, update, demand or request changes throughout the duration of the project unless agreed upon with a new contract and pay of cost differential.
