  • How long does it take for final photo edits?

    • Standard sessions are 1 week, others are 2-4 weeks or more depending.

  • I don't like to do orders online can I just call it in?

    • Yes you can, but we will complete the order and information over the phone for you and require information and authorization.

  • What is your return/refund policy?

    • Bookings can be cancelled within 24 hrs for a refund of the retainer minus a $20 fee.  Products are non-refundable.  Exceptions are made on a case by case basis at the discretion of the Owner and operators.  Defective or non-satisfactory product returns and refunds are outlined on a per service/per product basis determined by each contract.

  • Why should I book for marketing if there isn't a photo shoot?

    • Our new unique system is for better service, prioritization and efficiency especially with new products.  The booking is for your retainer so that we have your appointed deadline of when you need the product in hand.  The order form is where specify what you need, the style and quantity as well as pay the balance.

  • After I book how do I complete payment?

    • We will send one of 2 things, an order form for you to choose products and services or your final invoice for your session.

  • What is a "Loyalty Member" and how do I become one?

    • These members receive exclusive offers, pricing and turn-around options.  You become a member based on the amount or frequency of spending.

  • How long have you been in business?

    • I first started learning darkroom in 1999 and continued it while crossing over to digital from 2001-2003 while studying at community college

  • How long do you keep files?

    • We retain copies for 5 years then archive them to dual disc storage.
